2. Door-to-door service is gladly provided.
3. Shortest route is taken whenever possible.
4. Clean shavings are always provided.
5. Water is always available free choice.
6. Hay is always available free choice. No grain is offered during the trip due to chance of colic.
7. Drivers are always available by phone.
8. Payment can be made by Check, Cashiers Check, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express -a 3 1/2% processing
fee will be applied to the total), and CASH (a 3% discount will be applied to transportation costs, excluding layover charges).
9. No upfront deposits required.
10. Payment is expected no later than delivery of horse at destination unless previous arrangements have been made.
11. Refund/Cancellation Policy: No refunds once service is rendered. No penalty for cancelling prior
to pick-up.
